RETURNS
You may return any music or video item for refund of the purchase price of the item. Please note, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, only the actual price of the item(s) you are returning. We cannot accept returns of opened music and/or video titles. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of apparel due to sanitation and COVID-19 concerns. The acceptance of any return will be at our sole discretion.
To return an item, ship to the address below along with a print out of your original order email receipt and a note stating what item(s) you are returning and why. If you do not have your original order email, please include a note with your full name and order number.

EXCHANGES
To exchange a music or video item, ship to the address below along with a print out of your original order email receipt and a note stating what item(s) you are exchanging and what item(s) you are exchanging for.
